A mall near where we live have this giant electric fans on their ceiling, probably thinking of an eco theme. What's funny was on the few times I've been here, I never see these fans rotating, probably the mall put them for aesthetic purposes only :)

Sis electric fans pala mga to? I never would have thought so when I first saw the pic and didn't read your post. Like was sis gwacie said, I thought some sort of industrial decors too.
when the mall kasi was still under construction, it was being hyped in their facebook page na these fans daw will be operational , parang sa sm baguio ata (although im not sure about that). Eh hindi naman siyempre ganun kalamig ang climate dito sa antipolo as compared with baguio.
