I'm not a Bicolana but I may as well be one...I love all food with gata. This particular dish was cooked by the hubby as I'm off duty from the kitchen today :)

Looks yummy sis! Mahilig din ako sa mga may gata pero sa seafood dishes medyo di masyado. Pero masarap nga ang tilapia na may gata.
Ang saya pag yung hubby naman ang nagluluto noh? Kaso hubby ko di marunong :p Yung lugaw lang natutunan nya because he had to learn it when I got sick a few months back. Sarap naman so I request it from him from time to time. :)
actually sis, hubby is a better cook than I am. Ang alam ko lang yung mga basic na ulam lang natin. Siya medyo mas experimental at ok naman ang turn out, habang ako minsan disaster LOL!!
